At the centre of the winery is the beautifully restored Brewers Hall Oast, located beneath the striking spire of Mereworth Church. Revitalised in 2017 by William Boscawen, the historic oast house was transformed into a state-of-the-art winery where meticulous vineyard care culminates in the production of traditional method English sparkling wine. Just moments from the surrounding vineyards, the winery blends heritage, innovation and a deep respect for the land.

The Oast is also home to a vibrant Bar & Kitchen, welcoming visitors from Thursday to Sunday for wine, dining and relaxed hospitality. Alongside private events and celebrations, the venue hosts live music events, making Mereworth Winery not only a destination for outstanding wine, but also a lively social and cultural hub in the Kent countryside.
